Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026 · Kliplo by Robin Hood LLC

In short: Kliplo helps you turn your own takes into videos. What you film is yours. Only use clips you have the right to use, check the result before you post it, and don't use the app to break the law or hurt anyone.

1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms are an agreement between you and Robin Hood LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413A, 3094, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (“we”, “us”) about the Kliplo iPhone app and related services (“the app”). By using the app you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the app.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the app for a business or for brand deals, you accept these terms for yourself and for that business.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or an e-mail code. Keep access to your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile.

4. Your content

5. AI suggestions

Kliplo uses AI to pick takes, cut, and suggest captions, hooks, B-roll and more. AI can get things wrong: it may cut a word, keep the wrong take, mishear what you said or suggest text that isn't right for you. Always watch and check your video before you post or deliver it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to:

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Price, subscriptions and purchases

8. Our app

We own the app, its design and the Kliplo name and logo. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Usage Rules. We may change, add or remove features. We may also stop the service; if we do, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or give a particular result. Keep your original clips until you are happy with the result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost deals or lost content, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

12. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 4, 10, 11 and 13) continue after the agreement ends.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring claims there. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved by e-mail.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app, and you may be asked to accept the new terms to keep using it.
